Privacy policy

This policy explains what Capiche collects when you visit capiche.so or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain language, no dark patterns.

What we collect

Only what you give us. The contact form takes your name, email, company (optional) and message. The newsletter takes your email address. That's the list.

We don't collect special-category personal data, and we don't ask for anything we don't need in order to answer you.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and follow up if it's relevant. Newsletter emails go out occasionally — no spam, and we don't sell your address. We don't share your information with advertisers.

Email

If you subscribe, we email you when we publish something worth your time. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list rather than pausing you.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We measure site traffic with PostHog in cookieless mode, so no analytics cookie is set on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Who else touches your data

We don't sell your data to anyone. We use a small number of third-party services to run this site: Vercel hosts it, Supabase stores form submissions and newsletter signups, and Resend sends email notifications and newsletters. PostHog counts page visits.

Each processes your data only as needed to provide its service. None of them use it for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to hello@capiche.so. We respond to requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and move the date at the top. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without notice.
